Chana Dal Flour popularly known as BESAN is a gluten free, protein rich flour. It is versatile flour widely used in kitchens for preparing both sweets such as boondi ladoos, soan papri, churma as well as savoury snacks & vegetables like kadhi pakoda, dhokla, bhujia, pakoda, gate ki sabji etc., lending an earthy aroma to your food. It is also used as a thickener in soups and sauces of many types and often as an excellent food binding agent.
